Great mulled wine, great Neulandbratwust. Then a circuit of the Grunewaldsee. Dogs enjoy and another mulled wine in Haus Paulsborn
MoreEverything is well organized. Good offer, especially out-of-home sales.
Nice atmosphere and friendly service. A big restaurant with a nice beer garden. Fine inside and a little more rustic outside. That gives the whole thing a little more charm. The environment does the rest. Not too much priced. Everything is within the framework. Gladly again!
MoreVery nice staff, amazing selection of little things, of course no alcohol at the moment. Queuing, distance, etc. is well resolved. The coffee is simple but very good. The rating refers to the serving outside during the lockdown.
MoreGreat service, especially at these times, you can get a warm drink in Grunewald while passing by! Thank you
MoreVery exclusive prices but good food. Nice and funny service on November 22nd. In the afternoon. Not enough trash can.
MoreWe drive the car to the parking lot to park there, but there is no more space available. We drive out again, but can only open the barrier by inserting a coin for the parking fee. When my husband asks the staff to reimburse the parking fee, he is snapped at, what is that supposed to mean? Parking fee will be refunded. But the tone of voice is simply outrageous and inappropriate. A large number of those wishing to park will end up having to pay the fee without actually being able to park their car.
MoreVery unfriendly chef treats you like a dirt man is not even properly trained and paying a joke for such a restaurant from the class is not recommended to work there You will only be terminated immediately if you are sick.
MoreSuper
It may be because it was the last day before the second lockdown: but I wasn't happy with my hash browns. Unfortunately mushy on the inside and together with the three florets made from salmon and three dots from Meeretich for a price of just under 20 euros, the dish was not exactly a hit. My wife had the steak which was OK. The vegetable side dish was unfortunately only lukewarm. A lot went wrong with the billing. Honestly, you expect more for a restaurant of this class. The cold (despite the open fire) and sober ambience may still be a matter of taste. My summary: if you like it, then please. But for the money I can get more in a cozy atmosphere.
MoreWe didn't eat at the restaurant but in the Biergarten outside. I have to say that the food was quite good. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time to get it (more than 30 minutes) and it is not possibile to pay with card, so if you don't have cash with you it is a problem
MoreThe beer garden is a very nice location. When there is a lot going on, the staff is hopelessly overwhelmed with the processes. In addition, the staff is more snotty than polite. I also cannot recommend drinking wheat beer as it is unfortunately always poured incorrectly. A friendly hint that all the yeast was still in the bottle was answered with: I've been doing this for 20 years!
MoreRight in the forest. Comfortable. We only took hot chocolate 👍
Swiss forest restaurant with upscale cuisine indoors and the best selection of beer gardens outdoors. Pleasant mix. Nice crowd, lots of dogs through the adjacent exercise area.
MoreVery nice Biergarten.
A very good restaurant, you are also welcome with dogs. Corona distance is not a problem. The service and quality of the cuisine are really good.
MoreTasty Salads
We wanted to reserve a table by phone, but the lady on the phone was so stressed and unfriendly that we thankfully can do without it. Fortunately, there is enough choice in Berlin.
MoreSunday and 30 degrees. Would have liked to have an iced coffee. We dont have. Original sound from the service. Take coffee. Otherwise one was busy setting the tables for dinner. Recommended only to a limited extent. Also uncomfortable indoors. It used to be better.
MoreBoring beergarden.
Friendly staff, nice to sit have a beer and bratwurst
Two options, you can stay at the restaurant tables, with fabulous Swiss food from the menu (superb!) or stay at the open bar with a smaller selection. Either way, it is great. The only thing missing was credit card payment.
MoreFood and beer were really good. The service was also friendly. But working with the chainsaw (next to the children's playground) with a lot of noise and dust is not part of our opening hours. There was no response to a friendly note. What a shame...
MoreMagic vibe! Family friendly and dishes are great! I can recommend all BBQ options including currywurst.
MoreLittle Switzerland in the heart of Westberlin. Very rustical interior with delicious Swiss dishes. Perfect visit for a walk in the Grunewald.
MoreA quite, nice and tasty location
Exzellent food, nice Kid friendly staff
I was there for a small doctors seminar...nice but when you open the door smells terrible from the kitschen and the food...the eoman in bar was not very friendly...i don't like the german attitude...sorry
MoreMade a booking online. When we arrived, the person didn't say hello or anything, just said "didn't you receive our cancellation? There was a system error", while at the same time there was a free table just there. Why the whole fuss, we don't know. Took 62 minutes for the food to arrive. The atmosphere was very quiet, almost eerie.
MoreWere there with all my colleagues. Tables well put together and set. Mulled wine outside by the fire was a great idea. The starters were awesome! I couldn't get enough of the goat cheese! And also the creme brulee with the ice! For that alone I would come again!
MoreWoodland setting, Like a lodge, wooden. Expect cosy, hearty dishes, log fires, woodsmoke, respite from the cold. Have a walk around Grunewaldsee, stop here for a while. Outdoor fire, blankets. Nice terrace for a summer beer and flammkuchen after a sports trail ride on your bike
MoreLovely to sit outside
Fantastic "full-service" venue -- great restaurant & bar in a lovely setting complete with outdoor seating, kids play area, and access to the woods. Sit around the outdoor fires in the winter enjoying mulled wine or have a fondue in their Chääsehüüt.
MoreGood food, reasonable price. Ambiance rather dull and service not very friendly. I won’t go again.
MoreThis is a great place if you want to sit by an outdoor fire and sip a hot drink. Fantastic meet and greet for dogs too!
MoreOur waitress forgot a drink we ordered (small matter), but the main reasons I’m not giving 5 stars: 1. food took so long (less than 5 tables at that time) and the waiter who handled our bill was passive aggressive. 🤷🏻♀️
MoreSitting around fire in the middle of the forest while eating steak and drinking gluwein -- what can be better?
MoreNice and cozy place in Berlin's wood's!
Its too good resturent everyone have to must come overthere
The first impression is very pleasant. Nice ambience and a friendly service at the counter, not on the grill. Unfortunately, the bench and the table were very dirty. We ordered a shepherd's salad and a currywurst. The shepherd's salad was very carelessly thrown together. The Currywurst had a strange aftertaste and was very sloppy. In addition, we had to wait about 30 minutes for the food. With the food, the chalet unfortunately can not shine with these dishes, at least in the outdoor area. A nice service is the free anti mosquito spray.
MoreGreat place for a lunch
Expensive, quantitative but stylish Swiss food in the woods. A lot of customers come in with cheese fondue. Sheep Many Calfskin Gels are Gypsy. It takes a long time to order, so it is good to let children spend time outside with you. It is good to sit in the bonfire in the winter and share the candle. I also recommend the outdoor imbis.
MoreGood food, but rather expensive for what it is. The staff is not that friendly and it can get quite loud as there is a Spielplatz for children nearby. The surroundings are spectacular though.
MoreGreat food, great beer, nice having a play area for kids
Nice atmosphere, very calm and cozy place. Perfect to get something to eat after hiking in the Grunewald.
MoreReally interesting location in the woods. Down a quiet road. Large outdoor seating area. Great service. A bit pricey but very good dishes.
MoreVery nice Biergarten, little playground for the little ones, lovely food for big and small people.
Moregreat staff. excellent raclette ovens & fondue caquelons. pre-order is advised. cheese is not stocked in bulk, since very fresh!
MoreWe were there due to the Morgenpost menu offer (different restaurant with a dedicated all inclusive menu every month), and usually we are very satisfied with the value for money, but this month... dishes were very small (we had to eat elsewhere after leaving this restaurant), all dishes but the dessert were without taste, ordinary. Good points of the Morgenpost dedicated menu: dessert & wines.
MorePerfect after a walk with the dogs. Have some wine and swiss cheese.
Thank you for being with us!
We will call you back!
